You and/or Your company provides Wave Screenings the data to initiate the candidate’s background screening, credit reporting, drug screening, motor vehicle reporting and verification product(s) by ordering specific products on our platforms www.wavescreenings.com, https://myportal.wavescreenings.com to assist you with making the “right hiring choices” by running a background check product, this also constitutes a legal agreement between you, your company, your candidate(s), and Wave Screenings.

When candidates or companies access our website to initiate a background check, drug screening, credit report, motor vehicle report and/or verifications, we collect some data’s such: name, addresses, phone number, email, social security number, driver’s license information’s. All information’s is kept in our private secure cloud server forever. Candidates and/or businesses can always request for their information’s/data’s to be deleted forever.

If you ever initiate a background check, drug screening, credit report, motor vehicle report, verifications, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
